Digital Marketing Goals
Our primary goal was to funnel users to Mahzu’s email list, leveraging the high ROI of email marketing to transform new and existing customers into more frequent patrons. With the introduction of Mahzu's native online ordering and reservation system through Toast, we aimed to divert traffic away from third-party delivery apps and phone reservations, enhancing customer convenience and improving site traffic while increase Mahzu’s profit margins.

Mahzu faced significant challenges in 2023, including staffing issues that led to the temporary closure of one location on Sundays and difficulties attracting lunchtime crowds on weekdays. Our role extended beyond traditional marketing efforts; we assisted in planning promotions to announce the Sunday reopening and introduced a new lunch specials menu, a catering menu, and initiatives to increase the average online ordering check by 10.6%. Additionally, we managed Mahzu's reputation online, responding to reviews and assisting customers with FAQs and concerns, ultimately enhancing the customer experience.
